Legacy Church plant is located just south of Ocala where major housing developments are popping up. This particular location is unique. Legacy Church plant is located in a 55+ community. Though not limited to people 55+, the church’s main target group are those of retirement age.
To this end, Ocklawaha Bridge Baptist church has placed Dr. Lloyd Rodgers into leadership. He is joined by others who--who like him--desire to introduced people to Jesus. The goal is to see a self-sustainable congregation of baptized believers burdened for their community.
Services are currently held twice a week: Wednesday Bible Study and prayer at 6:00 pm, Sunday Class at 10:00 followed by worship at 11:00 am.
